Some cocktails I enjoy and would love to make for you.
I love the creativity and experimentation that goes into developing a delicious cocktail recipe. And over the last few years I've been practicing the art of making cocktails, inspired by the many passionate and committed bartenders whose cocktails I've been so fortunate to enjoy. This is a craft that I've come to appreciate even more as I've tried my hand at it. The recipes below are some of my favorites that I've made on multiple occasions.
Brown Butter Old Fashioned
Angostura Bitters, Brown Sugar Syrup , Orange Peel, Maraschino Cherry, and Brown-butter-washed Bourbon.
Clarified Jungle Bird
Dark Rum, Campari, Fresh Pineapple Juice, Raw Can Sugar Syrup, Lime Juice, and Milk.
Corpse Reviver No. 2
Absinthe To Rinse, London Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc, Orange Liqueur, and Lemon Juice.
Punt E Mes, Bourbon, Cocchi Americano Aperitivo, Benedictine, Angostura Bitters, and Regan's Orange Bitters No. 6.
