High Tide


  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Japanese Whisky
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • .5 oz Green Tea Syrup
  • Tonic Water, To Top
  • Garnish: 2 green apple slices


  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a Collins or highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with the tonic water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with the apple slices.
